Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
7AM to 7PM daily, including holidays. Please log in to see available driver pickup and delivery slots in your area.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
Pickup and delivery are included with every wash and fold order. Our services start at $1.99 per pound with a $35 minimum. If you schedule for regularly occurring pickups, you’ll enjoy the same great service at a reduced rate of $1.89 per pound ($35 minimum still applies).
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $35 for both next-day and same-day.
What is the turnaround time?
Next day or same day if picked up before 9AM. Same-day service may incur and additional fee.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No, as long as you leave the laundry out somewhere our driver can find and access it, you do not need to be home. Also, you do not need to be home at time of delivery either as long as you allow us to leave your laundry at your door or a specified and accessible hidden spot.
What products do you use to wash my clothes?
We use premium detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets.
Do you fold or hang clothes?
We fold most garments and hang formal attire, collared shirts, hoodies, sweaters, dresses, skirts, and pants. Please let us know if you have a specific request.
How do you separate clothes?
By whites, colors, and darks.
What about stains?
Please place any clothing that requires special attention in a small bag, along with a note detailing your specific needs. We will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, if you're able to pretreat a stain as soon as it occurs, it significantly increases the chances of successfully removing it.
How does my laundry get weighed?
We weigh your clothing before and after we launder your clothing. The clothing is charged based on the “after weight”. Sometimes, our customers send in clothes that are wet or damp. Wet clothes and towels weigh more than dry ones, so we don’t want to charge you for wet clothes.

What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag. We have bags available for purchase at $7.99.
I missed my pickup day. Is there a missed pickup fee?
We have put in place email and text reminders to help you remember. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry out, we reserve the right to charge a missed laundry pickup fee of $15 to cover driver costs.
How do I cancel my laundry service?
To avoid a cancellation fee of $15, you must cancel before 6:00 a.m. in your account on the day the service is to be picked up. If you would like to cancel your weekly service, you can place your account on hold, and we will not return to do laundry pickup/delivery until we hear from you.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes.
Do you require a contract?
No contracts necessary. You can use our service on an as-needed basis or regularly. Do consider that regularly scheduling laundry results in a lower rate, saving you money.
